A real number that a real person answers during business hours. Use it if something has gone wrong, or if you would simply rather talk.
Best for anything with a reference number attached, or where you want a written record of what was agreed.
There is no shop to visit.
Every device goes to a secure warehouse that is not open to the public, which is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. A building full of valuable, easily resold electronics with a public door on it is a building that gets robbed, and the insurance and security that would require is a cost that would come straight out of what we can offer you.
So the courier is free, it comes to you, and it is genuinely the better deal. There is no drop-off point and no counter: everything moves by courier, everywhere in the country.
